| The House
This is where relatives and close friends of Ms. McDale stay and live. It includes three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a study, as well as a storm cellar.

| The Guest House
Visitors to the estate sleep and live here for the duration of their stay at the farm. Boarding is free to show competitors. There are ten rooms, five have two twin beds and five have single beds.

This is where horses are boarded. There are fifty stables, twenty of which are used for temporary boarding.

A long, winding trail runs the perimeter of the Farm, with creeks, bridges, trees and other obstacles that will prove a healthy challenge for both horse and rider.
